Syncart Connect is our browser add-on for Chrome and Firefox. It fills in Facebook Marketplace listings for you from your Syncart units, keeps them in step, and posts your units to Instagram. When a unit sells or goes pending in Syncart, it asks if you want Facebook updated too.

  • Post new units to Marketplace with the photos, price and description already filled in
  • “Find my listings” links the listings you already have, so nothing gets posted twice
  • Ready-made Instagram posts for new arrivals, price drops and sold units, with your logo
  • Google Business Profile posts for new and sold units

What kinds of dealers is Syncart for?

Golf cart and powersports, trailer, shed and barn, equipment, and car and truck dealers. Small lots with a handful of people are who it's built for. When you set up your company you pick what you sell. Syncart then shows the right fields for each type (serial and battery for carts, axles and GVWR for trailers, size and siding for buildings, hours for equipment) and words your paperwork to match.

Do I have to install anything?

No. Syncart runs in your web browser on a computer, tablet or phone, and you can add it to your home screen like an app. The only thing you install is the Syncart Connect add-on for Chrome or Firefox, and only if your plan includes Syncart Connect (Pro and up) and you want the Facebook Marketplace and Instagram helpers.

What is Syncart Connect?

Syncart Connect is the part of Syncart that gets your inventory onto Facebook Marketplace and Instagram. It's a small add-on for Chrome or Firefox (also Edge, Brave and Opera) that you install once from the browser's store. After that it fills in Marketplace listings from your Syncart units, keeps sold, pending and price changes in step, and gets Instagram posts ready with your photos, price and logo. It comes with the Pro, Deluxe and Enterprise plans.

How does the Facebook Marketplace part work?

Syncart Connect works on your own Facebook account in your own browser. It fills in the Marketplace listing form from your Syncart unit, and you check it and click Publish yourself. When a unit sells or goes pending, Syncart asks whether to update Facebook too. You don't need a Meta business verification or an approved app.

Can my salespeople see what I paid for a unit?

No. Salespeople can sell, write deals and answer customers, but costs and profit stay hidden from them. Owners and managers see everything.

Is my data kept separate from other dealers?

Yes. Each dealership's data is walled off from every other company's, and only the people you invite can see it. You can download a full backup of your data at any time.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Pick a plan and keep going, with everything you set up still in place. If you don't, your account goes read-only after a short grace period. Nothing gets deleted, and you can pick it back up when you're ready.

What are AI credits?

AI tools use credits from your monthly allowance. Small jobs like filling in a unit or writing a listing use a few. A full Company AI Analysis uses more. Your credits refill on the 1st of every month, and you can always see how many are left.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Owners can move up or down from inside the app at any time. Moving up takes effect right away, and moving down takes effect at your next renewal.
